A happy mother's day to you as well! Thanks for visiting and commenting about the bread. The plan is to start with the first recipe in the book and work through the whole thing. I hope to post updates and pictures of the progress. I've never attempted the loaf on the cover- is it called a miche? It looks so big and unweildy and I think it takes some special kind of flour? The pain l' ancienne is a good one I make often, fairly simple. I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
