ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting and commenting about the bread. The plan is to start with the first recipe in the book and work through the whole thing. I hope to post updates and pictures of the progress.
I've never attempted the loaf on the cover- is it called a miche? It looks so big and unweildy and I think it takes some special kind of flour? The pain l' ancienne is a good one I make often, fairly simple.
I'll keep you posted on how it goes!
