    It all looks like a lot of fun :) The tofu spanikopita made my mouth water (can't find that in a college dining hall hehe)

    I'm looking forward to the Feast of St. Nicholas tonight. We're having our Vespers and Liturgy this evening, and I'm very excited about it.

    And then, tomorrow morning, breakfast with Santa Claus for the kiddies. I love doing all this stuff with the kids, sharing the magic of Christmas with them. It makes me feel like a kid again.
